Workload, social support and burnout on employee performance

چکیده

This study aims to determine social support, job burnout, employee performance, and the effect of support burnout on performance. The research uses descriptive verification methods using primary data, distributing online questionnaires 31 Jayakarta Suites Bandung employees. Data were analyzed statistical tools multiple regression analysis. collection a saturated sampling technique. results analysis show that performance are included in good category. variable partially affects but has no While variables work fatigue together affect result this provides an overview how can occur due influence burnout.
